Log in, tap your account icon, go to Account Settings, then select Notifications. The Session Reminders toggle and interval selector are at the top of that panel on both mobile and desktop.

Currently, the session reminder interval applies to your entire account session regardless of which section of the lobby you're in — sportsbook, game lobby, or account management. One interval covers all activity.

Yes. The app reads your saved settings from your account profile. If you update the interval on desktop, the mobile app uses the same setting the next time you log in on your phone.

Dismissing the on-screen banner doesn't reset your clock. The next reminder fires at your chosen interval after the dismissed alert — so if you're on a 60-minute cycle, the next ping comes 60 minutes later.

You can toggle session reminders off in Account Settings → Notifications. Depending on your registered state and local account rules, some minimum notification settings may still apply — the panel will tell you if any are required.
